M42 lens to Arri PL mount adapter

The adapter allows using M42 lenses (for Zenit, Praktica cameras) on cameras with PL mount.

Actually, not every lens will fit it since it is necessary to recess the adapter into PL mount to match FFD (to allow infinity focus). So, you'll be able to install any lens that is narrow enough in rear part - not larger than 51mm (see the drawing with basic dimensions below).

More fat lenses can be used in macro mode only. Just reverse the adapter position as pictured below - relatively fat lens installed. To allow exact centering in reverse position, this new version of our adapter has 2mm rim on the front side.

Also, we made cut-outs on all 4 bayonet ears to provide 4 mounting position (you may want to position a lens' index mark to different side for assistant job, for example).
