BLACK LIST

Most of people run honest business and enjoy smooth deals. Unfortunately, some people don't want to fulfill their obligations to full extent. I'll collect some cases here to warn buyers and sellers about some unfair people. May be this will save you much money.

1. Kouta Kokura, Japan, onomithi@nifty.com

Bought 10RKS-M camera from me in 2004. Paid little-by-little every month. When remaining amount was $750 (shipping cost of such big outfit), I decided to ship it to clear some space in my room. Balance isn't paid till now (2012).

Advice: don't ship anything to this person until you have 100% pre-payment.

2. fernando HERRAIZ CATALAN, Spain, eBay ID: fahema2012vodafone, fahema2012@hotmail.es

Bought LOMO phase contrast condenser. Changed his mind few times (ship, don't ship, replace condenser lens). In the result of all these changes my partner refunded his payment after I shipped the condenser, and I have neither condenser nor money now :-) eBay doesn't allow to leave negative feedback to buyers anymore, unfortunately.

Advice: don't deal with this person on any other than "AS IS, no refund, no return" basis.

3. eBay ID: hieronymushamburg, hgeweber@aol.com, Germany

Bought English translation of Russian manual for Leningrad camera. I've sent him electronic version as stated in the description. But he expected to get original English manual (not translation, not reprint, not downloadable version). I don't know why. Left me negative feedback though it was his fault of not reading description.

Advice: avoid deals at any cost.

4. Francesco Paolo Pappano, Italy, eBay ID: avba2010 (pappanofrancesco@libero.it)

Bought Kiev-5 camera listed "as is" with named problems for just a fraction of cost. Left me negative feedback for malfunctioning camera. To whom I wrote the description explaining why my price for this camera is so low? Ruined my 100% positive feedback just for nothing :-(

Advice: avoid deals at any cost.

5. Evan Broers, USA, eBay ID: evanbroers (eb@hastyawards.com)

Bought RMS to BD adapter from me and left negative feedback since he wasn't able to read description and to understand what is this item for. Didn't contact me to resolve this issue - just left neg without warning.

Advice: Blacklist him before he bid on your item(s).

6. Richard Bakewell, USA, onemanproductions7285 (r_octavius@yahoo.com)

Bought 16OPF12-1 lens from me on April 12, 2013. Opened an 'Item didn't received' case on April 23 (though it was not express delivery), received the lens NEXT DAY (April 24) and escalated the case to get both money and lens. Didn't ever replied since then. Just dishonest person who sold his conscience for $295.

Advice: Blacklist him before he bid on your item(s).
