I'm sorry to inform you that 20% tax extemption for citizens was discontinued in my country since January 1st, 2013. Therefore, ALL services here became 20% more expensive, including postal shipping charges. That is why I have to adjust them accordingly in the store.
Another news is that surface mail and air mail (also known as non-priority and priority) cost almost same now - about 5-10% difference in shipping charge. But delivery time for non-priority mail is MUCH longer - up to 3 months. That is why I don't offer non-priority shipping anymore. Thanks for understanding.  |
