After you receive an item, you have 30 days to check it. If you are not satisfied with received item, you should specify what exactly you don't like. Your complaint should be proved with at least couple pictures clearly showing reported problem. We offer partial refund, full refund (except of shipping charge) or exchange in some situations where it was our fault. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If you changed your mind shortly after you've ordered an item, please write me immediatelly. If your order isn't shipped yet, I'll cancel it with no questions.
Importnat note: Private couriers like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc. are not considered as postal services in Belarus. This means that any items shipped here with these companies (even cheap an small ones) should pass manual customs clearance as a commercial cargo by a recipient here. In our case, this involves 250km driving to our International Airport, about five hours of rush between offices, paying huge taxes and fees. That is why I'll refuse to claim such shipment, and it will return to you (you'll lose your money spent on this shipment). So, NEVER send anything (except of documents) here by these couriers. Use state postal services only like USPS, EMS, Royal Mail etc., please. Thank you.
