For sale is LOMO microscope Metam-R1 made in 1987. Excellent condition. Most parts are in brown paper yet. Below is translation of some parts from Russian manual. I'll translate the whole manual after purchase of the microscope.
1. Purpose
Metam-R1 is metallographic aggregate microscope with bottom place of the stage. It is purposed for examining of metal structure in reflected light in bright field with direct illumination, in dark field, and in polarized light.
The microscope can be used in physical metallurgy labs of factories, scientific research institutes and educational institutions.

4. Specifications of the included objectives and eyepieces
Planachromat objectives are for 'infinity' tube. Parfocal height is 45mm. Objectives OPH-21, OPH-12 and OPH-3 are purposed for bright field and installed into revolving turret. Objective OE-5 is purposed for dark field, and installed with sliders.
