The LOMO 9x nA 0.20 epi-objective which I purchased from Rafael was a brand new lens and the optical performance is all that I could have wished for. This was no surprise, as I have used LOMO lenses for more than thirty years and have always found them to be of the highest quality optically and first class value for money.
