Double Side Follow Focus for 1-KSK camera

Double side double speed follow focus for 1-KSK Russian high-speed cine camera. Strictly saying, it is not 'double side', but 'front/rear' design since it was attached to the left side of the camera, so one knob was in front of the camera, and second know is behind the camera. Front side has two knobs - large one for draft focusing, and small one for precise focusing.
