Lenses for turret Konvas (1M, 7M) that have so called OCT-18 mount never had follow focus gears. And there were problems with installing the gears to work on original Konvas cameras due to body shape. But now, many such lenses are used on DSLR's and other cameras via adapters that makes possible and even desirable to have follow focus gears on them.
And we made such gears recently. They have industry standard 32 pitch. Weight is 48g. External diameter is 86mm. There are two minor variations - 56mm and 57mm inner diameter. As general rule, older RO series lenses and early LOMO OKS lenses (before mid-1970's) have 56mm diameter of the focus ring, whereas later OKS lenses have 57mm diameter. But to make sure measure your lens and tell me what exactly gear I should ship to you - 56 or 57mm (write this in the order notes during checkout like '2x56mm and 3x57mm').
Installation is easy. Three set screws and allen key for them is included. Pictures below show installation of the gear onto RO2-2M lens. The lens isn't included.
I've checked lenses I currently have, and composed following compatibility chart (serial numbers are for approximate estimation of manufacturing years). Your input on missing lens models is welcome.
