We ship orders within 2 business days usually. Insurance isn't offered. Please be patient. Depending on a shipping method you choose, delivery may take few weeks or even longer. Here is approximate delivery time for each shipping method:
Surface Mail: 2-3 months, traceable; don't bother us with questions 'where is my item?' each two days if you choose this method.
Priority Mail: 10-20 days, traceable; most common shipping method for non-expensive items.
Express Mail (EMS, aka USPS Express International): 5-10 days, traceable and reliable; recommended for more expensive items. You can track items at www.usps.com (for USA) or at EMS tracking site of your country (search it yourself using a search string like 'EMS tracking Italy' in Google).
Keep in mind that not every country has agreement with Belarus about tracking info sharing. This means that in some countries you'll be able to track shipment since it's registering at Belarus acceptance offince, in other countries - only after the shipment arrive at your state cusmoms.
FedEx: 2-4 days (expensive but very fast; bad news is that they don't ship lenses from Belarus anymore).
Air Freight: 3-5 days (the ONLY shipping method for heavy cargo over 30kg); you'll have to pick up the cargo in your nearest International Airport. Positive side is that the cargo will be insured.

I found very useful tracking tool at www.track-trace.com - it traces a shipment in the source country initially, and allows to select a destination country to check if there is more info on the shipment.
30-days warranty
If you are not satisfied with received item, you should specify what exactly you don't like. Your complaint should be proved with at least couple pictures clearly showing reported problem. We offer partial refund, full refund (except of shipping charge) or exchange in some situations where it was our fault. Reasons like 'I changed my mind' are not subject for any returns.
If you changed your mind shortly after you've ordered an item, please write me immediatelly. If your order isn't shipped yet, I'll cancel it with no questions.
Importnat note: Private couriers like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc. are not considered as postal services in Belarus. This means that any items shipped here with these companies (even cheap an small ones) should pass manual customs clearance as a commercial cargo by a recipient here. In our case, this involves 250km driving to our International Airport, about five hours of rush between offices, paying huge taxes and fees. That is why I'll refuse to claim such shipment, and it will return to you (you'll lose your money spent on this shipment). So, NEVER send anything (except of documents) here by these couriers. Use state postal services only like USPS, EMS, Royal Mail etc., please. Thank you.
