MIR camera

Mir camera is a Zorki-4 without the slow speeds. The shutter speeds are B, 500, 250, 125, 60 and 30. Flash synchronizations are 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25. Mir means 'peace' in Russian. Mir cameras are scarce and are very rare in excellent condition. They were manufactured for sale internal to the Soviet union at a lower price than the Zorki 4. The first year of production (1959) may have a collapsible lens. MIR cameras were manufactured from 1959 to 1961. The eveready case for this camera has one snap and is made of brown leather with Mir embossed inside a large circle on the lens cover with a cutout for the self timer.

Caution:
The shutter must be wound first, only then can you set the correct speed.
