Telemic - Telescope and Microscope in single device

Telemic is small-size optical device designed for fishers, hunters, tourists. It is convenient tool for collectors, geologists, botanists, entomologists. It is also interesting toy for children and youth.

The Telemic consists of two telescopic housings with optical elements in them. Assembled device is telescope with 8x magnification and 2 degrees filed of view. Second housing is microscope with 30x magnification and 3mm field of view.

To use the device in telescope mode, extend second housing for 50-70mm and point the telescope onto an object. Slide the housings along each other to focus an image.

To use it in microscope mode, remove the second housing from the first one, and place it to an object plane so that its slant faces source of light. Tilt the housing a bit to achieve a sharp image.
