Vilia-Electro camera seems to be something intermediate between VILIA-AUTO and SILUET-ELECTRO. I was unable to find any info on this camera, so I believe that it is uncommon or rare, and has some collector value.
It has film type and speed reminders on the back.

Excellent cosmetic condition, but not tested. Lens is clean. It has some tiny scratches that would not affect image quality.
