95mm matte box ring and M86x1 adapter for LOMO OKC1-150-1 lens (73mm front diameter)

This adapter has two functions:

1. Allows using M86x1 filters on lenses with 73 mm outer diameter.
2. Allows coupling such lens with a matte box with 95mm opening.

Known compatible lenses are:

1. LOMO OKS1-150-1 in Konvas housing.
