Returns and refund summary

The rules below are based on the idea that each party to a transaction should bear their share of responsibility. We believe this is a fair approach.

The customer changed his mind.

14 days from the date of delivery to send the package back.

You can report your intention anytime.

If the package is not shipped yet, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund issued.

  • original shipping charge is not refunded;
  • your return shipping charge is not covered;
  • 20% restock fee deducted from the item cost.
  • a refund will be issued after the return package is received.

Note: the return shipping will be slow, expensive, and you will lose both the item and quite much money in the result. It is better to keep or resell such an item.

The item does not fit, but matches its description. The item is not defective.

The rules above are applied, since the responsibility to choose the correct item is on the customer.

The item does not match its description, or it is clearly defective, and it does not fit due to this.

We cover return shipping and ship a correct item at our own expense.

Or, we fully refund your order if you don't need the ordered item anymore.

In some cases (low-cost items) we don't require to ship wrong items back.

A package is returned due to the customer's failure to provide the correct address or to receive the package on time. Automatic.

Unclaimed packages are not refunded.

They can be shipped again if you pay for another shipping.

A package is returned due to our failure to specify the correct address or file a customs declaration properly. Automatic. We will refund your order or send it again at our own expense (depends on your decision).
A package is lost in transit.

A package is considered lost in the following cases:

  • not delivered within 90 days since shipping date (International Priority Mail)
  • not delivered within 45 days (International EMS, UPS, FedEx)
  • not delivered within 30 days (domestic shipments)
We will refund your order or send it again at our own expense (depends on your decision).
