    Choosing a board or flange

    Check the outside shape and dimensions, thickness, mounting holes or locking features, and the lens-side bore or thread. A matching lens connection alone does not confirm that a board will fit your camera.

    Mounting and focus

    Boards and flanges may be held by a built-in locking mechanism or attached with screws. Check clearance and the required lens position in your complete setup.
