M12x0.75 — ShiftCam threaded lens mount
Metric thread with a nominal diameter of 12 mm and a pitch of 0.75 mm. Used as the attachment interface on threaded versions of certain ShiftCam smartphone add-on lenses.
Equipment and systems: Documented examples include threaded versions of these ShiftCam ProLens accessories:
• 60mm Telephoto
• 18mm Wide-Angle
• 1.33x Anamorphic
These accessories mount in front of a smartphone’s existing camera lens.
Compatibility and limitations: Not interchangeable with the M12x0.5 thread used by S-mount board-camera lenses.
Compatibility depends on the exact lens version and mounting accessory. Check the thread pitch, available engagement, seating clearance and alignment with the phone’s camera.
A matching thread does not guarantee compatibility with every phone, case or camera position.
Note: Do not confuse this threaded connection with ShiftCam’s S.Mount twist-lock bayonet. ShiftCam offers converter rings for attaching existing threaded LensUltra lenses to its S.Mount accessories; the two interfaces are distinct.
