So, you decided that it is time to give some service to your LOMO OKS11-35-1 lens. What do you need?
Basically, you need just a screwdriver (there are 13 screws that we need to take out), some cotton sticks, solvet (to remove old grease), and new grease.
Pictures below are rather self-explanatory. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Main rule in this process is to mark all pieces with short strokes to assemble them back in same position relatively to each other. No any difficulties other than that, and you'll not need to collimate your lens after you finish.
