16KP-1.2/50 projection lens with Sony ESony E-mount info and adapters-mount
The 16KP-1.2/50 is the fast projection lens for 16mm film format (10.4x7.5mm frame size).
There is no iris diaphragm, and the lens is always fully open. This results in very shallow depth of view with a whirlpool bokeh.
The lens has been modified for usage as a taking lens.
Since it has quite short back focal distance, the lens can be used on non-reflex digital cameras only.
Focusing mechanism is made from a Helios lens.
The Sony ESony E-mount info and adapters-mount is installed.
Infinity focus is provided.
The lens covers 1.5x cropper frame.
The front side is modified to accept 52mm screw-in filter.
The glass is clean and clear. Focus ring turns smoothly.
