    This adapter allows using filters with M95x0.75 thread on lenses with M95x1 front thread. Both diameters are the same, just different pitches. That is why such adapters are called 'pitch converters' sometimes.

    Having 20mm length, this ring serves as a lens shade as well. But take note that this length may cause vignetting (especially on a wide-angle lens).
