MFT lens to Fujifilm X-mount camera adapter

This adapter allows using manual MFT lenses on cameras with Fujifilm X-mount,

Infinity focus is provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The adapter may be tight on the lens or camera. This is intentional feature, and you can install it with a reasonable effort.
• The adapter has no electronics. It can be used with fully manual lenses only that have mechanical control rings.

Some caution is necessary since we were unable to implement a lens lock in such a thin adapter, and the MFT lens holds by tension only in the first version of the adapter.

The second version of the adapter that is for sale now has a set screw that holds the MFT lens reliably.

1. Put the adapter on the lens mount. The through hole on the adapter is the index mark for the lens.
2. Turn the adapter clockwise until you see the lens lock slot under one of two threaded holes. The lens should fit reasonably tight. Lenses with plastic mounts turn a bit farther usually (until the second screw hole), lenses with metal mounts become tight enough near the first screw hole. If you can't reach even the first hole, you can use a camera mount as a wrench to turn the adapter a bit further.
3. Install the set screw into the threaded hole under which you see the lens lock slot. This screw acts as a lock pin to prevent the lens turn in the adapter.
4. Put the assembly onto the camera and turn it until the adapter is locked with click. The adapter's red dot should be on the camera top at this moment. The adapter has quite a tight fit, but you should have no problems turning it in the camera when it is installed and locked on the lens.
