I understand there are slight thread pitch differences in this M39/LT39. 1. Will this adapter screw comfortably into the female end of an old Canon M39 "Rangefinder" type extension tube? 2. Will this also seat a 20 mm 4X microscope objective which I assume is true to the RMS standard?
