39mm clamp to M55x0.75 male thread adapter (for Kowa 16-A lenses)

This adapter allows using projection lenses that have 39 mm barrel diameter (like Kowa Prominar 16-A, for example) on lenses with M55x0.75 filter thread.

The adapter is secured by 3 screw (installed).

The screws are long enough to keep lenses with smaller diameters - down to about 30 mm.
