This adapter allows using Kowa Prominar Anamorphic 16-H attachment in front of lenses with M58x0.75 filter thread.

Improved design provides more secure operation since Kowa's rear threaded part is held by the adapter, and you can align it safely.

Recommended installation procedure:

1. Slide the Kowa into the adapter and screw it until it stops.
2. Mount the adapter with Kowa onto a taking lens.
3. Power on the camera and turn the Kowa until you get a straight image without skew.
4. Secure the Kowa with three screws of the adapter.
