This adapter allows using projection lenses and anamorphic attachments with 54mm rear diameter on lenses with M52x0.75 filter thread.

Attachment is secured with 3 thumb screws. There is intermediate flat spring to prevent damage of the attachment body.

Take note that there are also 3 small grub screws installed. If your lens rear part is too short to be secured reliably with thumb screws via compression spring, you should remove the spring and secure your lens with those 3 grub screws. This is not very reliable though, so some support for the lens is necessary in this case.
