54mm clamp to M67x0.75 male thread adapter for Kowa Anamorphic 35 1.5x

• Front side - 54mm inner diameter

This adapter allows using projection lenses and anamorphic attachments with 54mm rear diameter on lenses with M67x0.75 filter thread.

Attachment is secured with 3 thumb screws. There is intermediate flat spring to prevent damage of the attachment body.
