70mm clamp to M77x0.75 female thread adapter for Kowa Anamorphic 16-H

This adapter allows using M77x0.75 filters and accessories on Kowa Prominar Anamorphic 16-H.

Will fit other lenses with 70mm (or bit less) front diameter.

It is secured with three set screws. Flat tension spring prevents damage to a lens body (added since August 14th, 2022).

Outer diameter is 80mm. Plastic slip-on cap is included.
