This clamp allows using Rectilux HCDNA attachment on Kowa 16-H lens.
Alternatively, you can use some lens or attachment with 70mm rear diameter on a lens with 77mm filetr thread.
Set screws are used to secure the adapter, so you have no any protruding parts like bolt heads. Moreover, the screws hide under HCDNA when it is installed. This design is purposed to make distance between 2 lenses as short as possible.
But this design is more suitable for long-time installation, not for often changes.
