    This seamless follow focus gear is machined from high quality aluminium alloyWhy aluminium?.

    It fits the focus ring of the Helios-40 lens (silver version).

    The gear is installed over the original focus ring and secured with set screws. Takes just about 1 minute. No need to disassemble a lens.
