It's name means "Amateur". There were several modifications in the row: -1, -2, -166, -166B, 166U. This type of camera was produced from 1983 to 1996. Quite simple and reliable camera that offers low-cost way into medium format photography.
Distinction from earlier modifications is ability to take two image formats - 6x6cm and (with reducing masks) 6x4.5cm.

The camera has a film type reminder, accessory shoe (without flash contact in it). Picture counter window is on the back side. Depending on desirable frame size, you may turn the dial into 6x6 or 4.5x6 position. All Lubitel cameras have 2 types of viewfinder - frame one and optical one. Ground glass has markers for 4.5x6cm frame.
Excellent condition. Lens is clean. Original leatherette case, take-up spool, and lens cap are included.
Pictured camera has inscription in Latin letters. Shipped camera may have either Latin or Russian inscription.
