Rare 35mm movie camera. We can't find manual yet, but it seems to be best camera in the PSK series. PSK are precision cameras purposed both for production and animation.
As I can tell form the pictures, the camera can run two films simultaneously. So, it have forward and reverse film movement, and frame-by-frame mode, most probably. Variable shutter. Can't tell definitely, but it has built-in heater, probably. Two film counters - frames and meters.
