Hi, which is the difference from the other c-mount to pl adapter, I know this one is deeper, but still would work with the same type of lenses than the other adapter and also the ones that in the other one doesn't fit? I want it for my BOLEX H16 REFLEX 2. Thanks

Hi Fernando. I don't have a list of (in)compatible lenses, unfortunately. The general idea is that this (deep) adapter fits lenses with long rear parts (super wide angles, usually), but will not fit cameras with obstacles near mount (like Bolex Rex). Another version (with 4mm gap) will fit camera like Bolex Rex, but may have issues with super wide angle lenses. You should measure how long your lenses are behind their mount flange to see whether they fit the adapter. Thank you. Raf.

Will this work on a bolex h16 Rex 1?

Hi Kurt. I will NOT for a reflex Bolex. You need another version, with a 4mm gap between the adapter rear wall and the camera mount. Thank you. Raf.

This adapter allows using Arri PL lenses on cameras with C-mount.

Infinity focus is possible. Removable rear part should be loosened and adjusted to place a witness mark into the necessary position after receiving this adapter.

WARNING 1: Not every camera fits this adapter. It has quite large rear diameter, so your camera should have not recessed thread mount, and there are should be no any protruding elements on the front that may collide with the adapter.

WARNING 2: This is the deepest version of our PL - C-mount adapter, so no issues are expected with lenses, but we can't guarantee that any lens will fit. Please refer to drawing to check internal dimensions and compare with your lens(es).

Based on customer reports, Eclair NPR camera is incompatible with this adapter.
