    The camera side mount is very common M42x1 thread. There are many M42 adapters on the market, so you can find it for virtually any camera that allows it physically.

    The dovetail part is made with 39.7 mm max diameter. This corresponds to phototube connection of American Optics / Reichert Diastar microscope.
