    This adapter allows using RMS objectives (with 0.8"-36tpi or M20.3x0.7 thread) on microscope heads with M26x0.75 thread (some Nikon and other microscopes).

    Nikon Eclipse (CFI60) objectives have 60mm parfocal height whereas many RMS objectives have 45mm parfocal height.

    This adapter helps to match both parfocal heights on the turret so only micro ajdustment will be necessary after switching objectives.
