This adapter allows using different cameras and accessories on so called Zeiss Grayline Microscopes (Standard, Universal, Photomicroscope, Ultraphot, Axiomat, etc.)
Your microscope should be equipped with an original dovetail to M58 adapter.
M58 thread is 7mm deep, so you can insert a "Protostar" black fabric ring to reduce light glare that might occur with some accessories.
