M42x1 to Canor EOS-R camera mount adapter for Meteor 5-1 lens

If you can't release the shutter or get the warning "lens is not properly installed", please modify the camera menu settings. Usually, it is called "release the shutter when lens is not installed" or something like this. Refer to your camera manual for details.

The adapter has a durable bronze insert held by 3 secure screws. This feature allows you to adjust the position of the lens index mark if necessary.

• M42x1 screw mount lenses
• Canon cameras with EOS-R mount

Important note

This adapter is purposed for Russian Meteor-5-1 lens mainly. It will also fit any other M42x1 lens that has no instant return diaphragm. Lenses with the instant return mechanism will have a fully open aperture, no matter what value you choose by the aperture control ring, unless your lens has a manual mode switch.
