    This adapter allows mounting front lens cells with 40mm thread and rear lens cells with 36mm thread (from Copal/Compur/Prontor #1 shutters) into SM2 tubes/adapters.

    There are two thin retaining rings in the kit. Their purpose is to hold an aperture disk inside the adapter if necessary.
