It was made at BelOMO factory. It has 2 usual mounts (m42 and bayonet 'N'). So, you can use in on Zenit, Kiev, Contax cameras. Also, it can be used on Krasnogorsk-3 16mm cine camera.
And we can put it into OCT-19 mount (to be used Konvas-2M, -8M, Kinor-35 cameras) or into Arri PL mount.
It gives circular image with diameter of 24mm. So, it will cover any 16mm cine format, but will not cover 35mm cine format (as diagonal of the frame in 35mm format is at least 25.66mm). It is not fatal, I believe, as impressive effect created by this lens will not allow viewers to note blank corners.

It is necessary to remove distance ring from the lens to allow it to be mounted for OCT-19. You can focus it, but you'll not see what distance is set. So, you need to focus it through viewfinder only. The distance ring in included into the kit just in case if you'll decide to return to m42 or Nikon mount later. With PL, there is no such problem.
Also, motor of Konvas protrudes beyond of the lens view plane. So, it will be visible in the lowest right corner.
