LOMO Metallographic Compound Microscope METAM-R1 is purposed to research metal surface structure in reflected light (direct or polarized), bright field or dark field.

Specifications:

Magnification: 50x .. 507x

Ranges of movement of the coordinate table, mm:
- in the longitudinal direction . .. from 0 to 40
- in the transverse direction . .. from 60 to 80

The range of rotation of the table when it is installed in the middle position: 0° .. 360°

Ranges of movement of the microscope tube in the vertical direction, mm:
- using the coarse feed mechanism: 0mm .. 95mm
- using the micrometer focusing mechanism: 0mm .. 2.5mm

Condition is excellent. Microscope shows minor signs of use. But mechanisms are too stiff due to old grease, so some service is necessary.

Delivery set includes the microscope itself, illuminotor with power source (220V AC input, can be replaced with any other power sorce providing 9V 25W AC), manual press to prepare smaples, objectives and eyepieces (most of them are eben unpacked yet), polarizeng filters and other stuff.

Seems to be a complete kit that is difficult to find nowadays.
